Excellent hunting camp, or vacation get away spot. Enjoy the wooden 12X24 cottage with sleeping loft and small porch. Warm yourself by the wood stove after being outdoors in the winter. There is a scenic small stream, a pleasant open area. There is an outhouse and storage shed. There is an old foundation, I am guessing it was a home site in years past, with an old well. There is electricity on the property, and the road is plowed. It becomes a seasonal road beyond this land. The owner states he has had excellent hunting on the hillside across from the cabin. He has also been approached by logging companies to market the timber. This camp is close to Middleburgh, an easy drive to Cobleskill and I 88.
