Our house sits in the very back of a one-way loop subdivision. It is very quiet with lots of large beautiful trees and birds. The house is a 4 bedroom ranch that has plenty of space within and between homes. The suite comes with it's own private lock and key, king size mattress, 55 inch smart TV, personal mini fridge, personal half bath (in the room) and personal full bath (down the hall). The room has neutral walls and 3 large windows that allow for great natural light. A ceiling fan and full-blast ac keep the room cool as the coast. Also will have access to full kitchen and laundry room. -No smoking allowed inside the home. -Guest are welcome but please give a heads up and please be mindful or other guest. -1 month lease -Please give atleast 1 month grace when ending lease
