We are currently looking for a one year lease starting by December 15th, though we may likely soon decide to accept January 1st. Tenant is responsible for keeping the lawn mowed (mower available provided), and must obtain renter's insurance (around $12/month). We rent to all qualified applicants and must conduct a thorough review of a fully completed application before a determination may be made. Either the Lease or Agreement to Enter Into Lease (both of which require a $1000 payment toward the deposit to bind the agreement) must be signed within 24 hours after the application is accepted to maintain your place in Seattle's First In Time application scheme.
