Enjoy a bright, natural lit open concept layout with the kitchen, dining room, foyer, and living room in seamless flow. A high-ceilinged, beamed space with huge double sliders opening to a spacious and private patio. The Master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and the second bedroom, a double sized bunk bed (*can be converted to a single bed upon request). The barn is move-in ready and fully stocked including a large storage/laundry room with washer/dryer and shelves, cozy wood burning stove, and all kitchen needs met. If there are special requests, we'll do our best to accommodate. Spread out on the half acre property, the barn half of the lot fully and privately divided. A private driveway will gain you access to the gate that leads to the barn. You'll have access to our chicken's fresh eggs, herbs, 8 different fruit trees, elevated deck that overlooks the Poblanos Open Space and acequia, and biking/walking/running trails around the fields accessed right from our back yard gate. Los Poblanos Open Space hosts an impressive array of wildlife like the migrating sandhill cranes, coyotes, many species of owl, hawk, falcon, eagle, geese, and much more. It is a natural paradise tucked right into the city limits and the historic village of Los Ranchos. The location doesn't get any more optimal.
