5 Bedroom Townhouse with one full (tub/shower, sink, & toilet) bathroom (2nd floor) and one half (sink & toilet) bathroom (1st floor) .. Currently, I have 3 of the Bedrooms available to Rent (1 BR is on the 3rd floor and the other 2 BRs are on the 2nd floor) .. I currently occupy (however, I'm not there 100% of the time) a 4th BR on the 3rd floor, and the remaining 5th BR on 2nd floor will not be Rented or occupied anytime soon .. So, anyone who rents a room soon, & through the near future, may only have to deal sharing the townhome with as few as 0/1 Roommate's & max 2/3 Roommate's, depending if I happen to be there and if other available rooms are rented or not.?.. Anyone considering renting a room must be able to climb stairs (2 sets of stairs if you rent the 3rd floor Bedroom, plus no bathroom on the 3rd floor).. In addition to the Bathrooms, the 1st floor areas; Living room, Dining room, & kitchen will all be shared as well.. I presently do not have Laundry facilities available here, perhaps in the near future after I collect Rent to cover more expenses . ?. Bedrooms & common areas will already be furnished, you will only need bring your everyday belongings to keep in your Room during your stay is all, there is no separate Storage available in the townhome.. There is only street parking available, no driveway or parking lot there.. There will be no Leases offered, just payment for optional Rental time blocks as offered and agreed to.. Other than Rent & Refundable Security fee, all Utilities/WiFi are included in the Rental payment. No Leases offered. No Storage available. Any quoted Rental rates are for a ONE person occupant.

At the present time that I am posting this room Rental Ad, there are no other occupants other than myself, an older mature male.
