There are three rooms available in a 3000 sqft 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house located on 5 acres in NW Georgetown. Rent will include all utilities paid and access to the land, storage, media room, pool, hot tub, deck and pergola area. There is also an astro turf area of the yard suitable for pets. The master is available for $2000/mo with a private bathroom, and the other rooms are available for $1350/mo with a shared bathroom. I will be taking one of the bedrooms, but I don't have a preference on which one. Rooms will be available ~3/15/2025. I am a 43 year old divorced male who likes to golf and work on renovation projects. Six month rentals available, but I do prefer a year. Basically as long as we're respectful to each other then I'm okay with month to month. I'm very easy to get along with and am amenable to almost any situation. Pets are okay and come with a $250 pet deposit. I can fix almost anything so if your pet causes damage then just pay for the material and we'll fix it together. Everyone is responsible for keeping the common areas clean, doing your dishes, etc..
