I'm leaving Atlanta for an internship during spring 2018, and subleasing my current apartment (Dec. 2017 or Jan. 1st 2018- July 30th 2018). The building is located in midtown (university house midtown), a convenient location, just steps from Gatech campus and the MARTA station, and Publix is downstairs, lot of restaurants and bars around. This is a very new apartment building since 2015, and I lived here since then. The apartment is fully furnished, including all furniture, a walk-in closet, washing machine and dryer. I will leave you other daily furniture too, coffee machine, small tables, lamps, shoe racks, hangers, and clean bedding set etc. also including a treadmill and inversion table for daily work-out. The best thing about this apartment is the location. It's located at midtown, with a lot of coffee shops, restaurants around, 5 mins walk to Marta station, Publix store and gas station is within one block. The beautiful Piedmont park is 10 mins away, I often take a walk during weekends there. My apartment is 1413, you have the 14th floor facing the beautifully atlanta city view and skyline from the balcony!
