Less than 10 min bike ride to the red line Silver Spring station. Quick walk to Sligo Creek path, Giant, and walkable to downtown Silver Spring (Restaurants, gyms, Whole Foods, farmers market, etc.). 1 min drive to beltway. Room available beginning October 1, but dates are flexible. I am only looking for one roommate, but you can choose from one of two areas of the house: 1) Basement room with full bathroom and separate entrance. Dog-friendly for no extra fee. The yard is big and fully fenced. I will need to go into your area to do laundry once a week, but will schedule it ahead of time with you. 2) Large charming upstairs room with sloped ceilings and two closets.
