Preference for working professional/student. Shared Restroom, however you have your own sink.. restroom has two sinks and two medicine cabinets. Biometric lock - your room has a new biometric (fingerprint) lock installed so only your fingerprint can open the door for your privacy. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, AC), New Washer & Dryer use, and high speed WiFi/landline Internet all included - usually utilities elsewhere would add on another $100 a month. Kitchen use is included, and I make space in the fridge for you to put your food as well. New fridge that dispenses filtered water w/ an icemaker. Dishwasher in kitchen so you never need to wash the dishes. Work/Student Verification required. 2 months most recent pay stubs (must still be employed) and/or recent bank statement/background check/potential references college enrollment verification.)
