Preference for working professional/student. Shared Restroom, however you have your own sink.. restroom has two sinks and two medicine cabinets. Biometric lock - your room has a new biometric (fingerprint) lock installed so only your fingerprint can open the door for your privacy. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, AC), New Washer & Dryer use, and high speed WiFi/landline Internet all included - usually utilities elsewhere would add on another $100 a month. Kitchen use is included, and I make space in the fridge for you to put your food as well. New fridge that dispenses filtered water w/ an icemaker. Dishwasher in kitchen so you never need to wash the dishes. Work/Student Verification required. 2 months most recent pay stubs (must still be employed) and/or recent bank statement/background check/potential references college enrollment verification.) If you are the right fit, I'm sure we can work this out. Move in will be first month rent & one month deposit. No couples single occupancy only w/no overnight guests (to keep it safe for you & my wife and the other tenant). I try to be thorough with the post and hope I have answered most of the questions you may have. Property is across from the new Hilton Inn within a new gated community across from Starbucks and there is parking inside the gated community for $20 a month or can park outside in front of the Hilton Garden Inn.
