Monthly rent + utilities. Utilities include PG&E, water & sewer, propane, firewood and propane usage, internet & driveway snow removal. Deposit is due upon signing. Full rent and set utilities are due prior to lease unless otherwise arranged. Tenant is responsible for keeping the deck and propane tank shoveled and clear of snow. Tenant shall also be responsible for paying for cleaning the property at the end of the lease term. NO pets, NO smoking, No parking in the street.
