This home has it's own large driveway with room for four parking spots, a fenced backyard, a large deck for bbqs and even your own private hot springs spa. The kitchen has real solid wood cabinetry, a Kitchen Aid french door fridge with filtered water and ice in the door, a built-in microwave above a gas stove with 5 burners. New central heat and A/C in case you need it, but the year round weather is very nice. There is a chicken coup nearby if you would like to have chickens (quiet chickens). There is also a garden area if you like to garden. The owner pays for water, trash, and spa and landscaping maintenance. Tenant pays for propane, electricity, and their own internet. The famous, Anderson truck trail, mountain biking trail is across the street and fishing & boating are available at the El Capitan Reservoir.
