It has a nice side yard and small front yard (the is no backyard, its just an alley). It's just a few blocks from public transportation on 63rd St or Lansdowne Ave. Tenant pays for all utilities and would be responsible for providing their own refrigerator. Cats are fine, but we do not allow dogs in our properties.
