The best part is that there is a Bar with a kitchen on the first floor open from 1-1am (kitchen till 10pm). Get home from a hard days work and just stroll in grab something to eat and drink then walk up to call it a night. It's a centralized location, with a few supermarkets within a few miles, restaurants, the post office and during the summer you're 2 miles from Oakland Beach. (You also have a place to park your vehicle) Tenant is responsible for their units energy and water consumption. No more than 2 small animals in the unit (40lbs or less). Smoking is allowed in the premises. There is a Bar on the first floor with a kitchen. Daily specials and all! On Friday nights and Saturday nights it can get loud up until about 11pm. The bar is open till 1am. It's a great building everyone is friendly. And Conimicut is a great place to live. Close to the water and parks, Oakland Beach is 2 miles away. Supermarkets , banks and much much more are super close!
