This home was built in 1919, with a complete structural remodel done in 2016. Replaced every rim joist, I beam, floor joists, and went back with a solid foundation, including brand new solid oak hardwood. Knocked down every interior wall in the house and recreated a brand new floor plan. Added an upstairs with dormers that added 2 massive bed rooms and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is an open concept with a chefs kitchen flowing through an arch way to the living room. Added a master suite with a walk in closet, a tiled walk in shower and tiled jacuzzi tub area. The bathroom includes a his and her vanity. In addition to the extra bed rooms 2 additional full bathrooms were added. Completely gutted the old plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system and went back with brand new everything. The entire house is trimmed with new baseboard and crown and insulated the entire house as well. The barn behind the house is 60x40 and just had a new foundation put in in July. IN 2018, we added the deck behind the house and had granite countertops installed. Inground dog fence!!
