I'm a single father to two wonderful boys (ages 8 and 10), who stay with me half the time. When they're not home, I work at a nearby hospital and attend school, so our home has a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. I'm looking to share my home with an individual who values community, comfort, and privacy. This is a great opportunity for those seeking a home environment rather than an apartment complex with more space, a yard, and a true sense of belonging. Why Choose a Home Over an Apartment? Spacious Backyard: Enjoy a large backyard perfect for kids to play, featuring an above-ground pool during summertime and playground. Private Bedrooms: One available rooms are located on the opposite side of the house from my family's space, offering quiet and privacy. Each room has its own lock. Rooms can be furnished with a bed, dresser, and nightstand for an additional fee. No Shared Walls with multicomplex apartments: Say goodbye to noisy neighbors above or below. Lots of parking with no stress when coming home. Home Comforts: Central AC/heating, washer/dryer in-unit, fast Wi-Fi, and access to all shared spaces kitchen, dining room, living room, and a sunny, relaxing sunroom. If personal responsibility is not upheld consistently, a weekly cleaning rotation will be implemented to ensure fairness and maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all. 3. No Smoking or Drugs: No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house No illegal substances on the property 4. Shared Spaces: Be mindful of noise, especially in common areas Designated areas will be established for personal food. Label your food in the fridge (with personal goal is to get another fridge soon) 5. Children's Safety and Privacy: Be respectful and mindful when children are present No unsupervised interaction with children unless discussed/approved 6. Communication: Open communication is encouraged bring up any issues respectfully and early Group chat will be established and shared calendar for scheduling household events 7. Home Access & Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving No sharing keys or entry codes without permission
