    The tax records appear to be incorrect and no one can figure out the actual acres so there are more acres than the assessment is showing. the pines were planted approximately 35 years ago and thinned some 10 years ago. today there is merchantable stand of pine sawtimber. plenty of road frontage for a home site or 2 then you can hunt out your back door and watch the pines grow. The 87 acres was determined by a GPS unit and not a survey.
