This is a dog-friendly home, and dogs under 50 lb are accepted with a pet fee per pet (limit 2) and prior agreement with the terms stated in the 'Pet Policy'. No cats or other pets are allowed.
Located 7 minutes from downtown Sequim, this home is near many local beaches and boat launches to explore, kayak rentals, Olympic National Park for hiking, Olympic Game Farm, and Dungeness Recreational Area. During low tide, there can be a noticeable ocean smell, which is completely natural and temporary.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile. Pets are not permitted to sit or lie on furniture. Dogs may not be left unattended (unless crated), including in yards and garages. Continuous barking or other loud noise disturbances are not permitted. All of our homes are non-smoking facilities, meaning that smoking of any tobacco products, including marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping products, is not allowed in the house or on the property. Renters who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Overstaying check-out will be penalized with $50 per hour.
