    What's special

This unique home was designed by Russell Barr Williamson. RBW worked for Frank Lloyd Wright early in his career. It is an original inside and out. A beautiful stone fireplace seperates the dining room from the living room that features a vaulted ceiling and wonderful picture windows to let the sunshine in. Exterior is clad in pecky cypress which is a trademark of RBW homes. The homes features built-ins throughout. Including built-in dressers, desks and bookcases. Radiant flooring heating thought out. The beautiful exterior and interior stone work was personally overseen by RBW. The home was placed on the lot to take advantage of the sun's warmth in the winter and the shade in the summer. Nice sized bedrooms and a unique lounge in the middle of the home. The patio is made from bricks that originally lined main street in downtown Ripon. A wonderful example of a more modernized (1952) version of the prairie style home.

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
