This unique home also has a newly converted, climate-controlled garage space as an entertainment center to host your event indoors, or host those movie nights, karaoke nights, or indoor game tournaments. The Space: This home is interior designed by professionals and full of modern amenities and features such as a gorgeous on-suite master bath, stylish decor, multiple cozy hangout areas, working and dining areas, a swing bed, multiple patios, and entertainment space. We have an in-unit washer & dryer, hair dryer, coffee makers, full kitchen set up, a ping pong table, and board games for your convenience and enjoyment. In the evenings, have a picnic or hang out by the fire pit, play some badminton or table tennis, and let your kids play catch in the fenced-in yard which is beautiful at night with the string lights turned on. The living room has Wi-Fi and Smart TV with the common streaming Apps. Guests have to login into their accounts for paid service Apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. The kitchen has seasonings, oils, ramen bowls, oatmeal, and some basic cooking essentials. There is no garbage disposal in the sink, so please don't empty waste into the sink. There is a dishwasher for dirty dishes. We offer coffee, tea and oatmeal in the kitchen also! There is a washer and dryer for your use at free of cost, Please do not overload them! Initial Soaps, conditioner and shampoos are also provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own essentials for longer stays. Pet Policy: 1 Pet is allowed upon review and approval. Pet policy will be sent after reviewing the type of pet. Smoking: Absolutely no smoking in or around the property. Summary of Fees: * Application and Tenant screening fees per adult: $50 * Pet Fee: $400 * Uncrated pet fee: up to $500 plus additional costs * Non-approved pet stay: $1000 * Pet damages to property: assessed at post-stay * $500 discount for 91+ day bookings * $250 cleaning fee once a month * $120 for mid-stay cleaning/linen change * Option for special needs or requests for a stay The owner will visit the property once a month or when there is a need for urgent issues. Parking: Park only on the driveway. Maximum of 4 cars allowed and all adult guests names and IDs should be on the Lease applications.
