NO evictions, foreclosures or bankruptcies within two years. 4. NO utilities in collections. 5. Clean background check (10 years back) and no felonies. 6. Deposit is one months rent pending employment and rental history. 7. NO PETS ALLOWED! 8. App fee is non refundable ($20) for first applicant and ($15) for any additional applicants/occupants over the age of 18.
