I've lived in this property remodeling it for 6 years and establishing a low maintenance, perennial garden. Property is solar powered with energy being directly credited to the respective SUB bills at the same rate SUB charges for electricity. Current tenants are friendly brother and sister who mostly keep to themselves, but may be open to splitting internet and trash. About Pets The yard's primary purpose is for homesteading and as a recreational space for humans and native wildlife. This property is most compatible with indoor pets like reptiles, bunnies, or cats. Cats love to hunt wild birds, will use the yard's wood chips and garden beds as a litter box, and try their hand at breaking into the chicken enclosure. For food safety, ecological, and practical reasons ABSOLUTELY NO OUTDOOR CATS are allowed on the property. Pets may be subject to pet rent and a deposit depending on the animal.
