THE ROOM (B2) : This fully furnished room is fully furnished and ready for moving in. It has a King-size bed with thick memory foam mattress, a large closet with hangers and extra bed supplies, a night stand, a table, a lamp, a mirror, 2 chairs, and a large window with shade and curtain. Dedicated work/study areas, TV, and pool table are in the large living area. Bathroom is shared. A mechanical lock secures the room door. It is in the lower level of the house. THE HOUSE: The ranch-style house is on a hillside with a half acre lot. It has two levels. The main (upper) level has a master bedroom, two guest rooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a formal dining area, a laundry room, and a lavish living area with a section sofa and a TV. The lower level has three more bedrooms, a large living area with a pool table, a couch, a coffee table, a HDTV, two workstations, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
