Utilities: For water, you have a choice of both spring and well water Hot water is heated with natural gas. For heating, there is a high-efficiency three year old natural gas forced-air furnace. Electricity is through REA. There is also high speed internet available at an additional cost through RedNet. It's not perfect, but better than HughesNet. The barn has both water and electricity to it. Outdoor pets are okay, but indoor pets require an additional security deposit of $500 per pet. First month rent, last month rent, and security deposit are all required before you move in.
