The home is retro modern, private, and secure, appointed with an electric mix of furniture and furnishings. Pool and new BBQ on site. Note kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and pool are original 1970 construction with commensurate wear and tear. Guests have private use of the entire 1.8 acre estate, including pool, new BBQ and parking for numerous cars. Note that the pool and some of the flooring, especially formally bright white surfaces become distressed and scratched. The surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, however, don't necessarily look that way with the scratches and discoloration. In particular the bottom of the pool is somewhat black and some tiles are missing. However our pool cleaner is amazing and is there twice a week. IF YOU WANT A PRISTINE NEW HOME WITH EVERY TILE IN PLACE, WITH ALL KNOBS ON ALL CABINET DOORS, ALL DRAWER FACES IN PLACE, ALL WINDOW SHADES WORKING, ALL LIGHTS WORKING, ALL BULBS WORKING FOR EXAMPLE IN A FIFTEEN BULB CHANDELIER, ALL DRYWALL SMOOTH (some former water damage), NEW KITCHEN, BATHS, AND APPLIANCES, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE.
