It features 3 Bedrooms and two full, renovated bathrooms. Floors are all waterproof, stain-proof plank flooring. Brand new kitchen with white craftsman cabinets, polished nickel pulls and beautiful granite countertops. Appliances were all new except stainless steel refrigerator. All new ceiling fans in every room. Brand new 2 ton HVAC heat pump system. Washer/Dryer in the full garage with work bench and cabinets and pull down access to a full floored attic. New sliding door access to large fully fenced back yard and new concrete patio. Roof and windows are two years old. One car garage with a second driveway at the rear/side of the house. In this market we will receive multiple inquires and applications. To better help us evaluate these inquires I encourage you to respond with answers to the following questions: 1. Your name and contact information, 2. Preferred lease start date and if you are willing to enter a 2 year lease, 3. Number of adults and number of children, and any pets breed and size.(no cats) 4. Each adult's employment and gross verifiable income, 5. If you have any significant credit issues or prior bankruptcies, 6. Your current Landlord, rental status, rental amount and whether you will receive a positive reference, 7. Anything else that you think we should know about you in our consideration. The current tenant's lease expires the end of April and we will be accepting applications for a move-in for the May 1st weekend. Because the tenant is still in the premises, I will be receiving inquiries and applications through Zillow, and setting up a specific date to view the property, depending on the number of applications, in the next week or two. It would be useful to respond with an application information or answers to the questions above. Simply clicking on Zillow that "I would like to set up a time to see the property" with no accompanying information will probably not generate a response from us.
