Lease terms are month to month. You would need to notify us within 30 days if you decide to end the lease. Utility costs are all included in the monthly rate. The rate listed is based on one person and no pets. If you would like to add additional people or pets the rate will go up. We have a few simple policies and rules we like all our guests to follow which are: Rent Policies, Pet Policies, Visitor policies, Overnight policies, Crime/Drug Free Policies and Common Courtesy Policies. Rent must be paid on time or a late fee will be applied. Pets are to be with owners and on a leash at all times when walking the premises for the safety of other pets and guests. You must pick up after your pet in the designated areas for them to relieve themselves. Doggy bags and trash cans are available in both doggy areas. Fines will apply if you do not clean up after your pet. Visiting hours are between the hours of 8am-10pm. They must check in at the front desk window with an ID, know your room number and we will place their ID on your file while they are visiting. If anyone enters your unit with our checking in at the front desk, a fee will be applied. Having an overnight guest after 10pm has a fee that you will pay at the front desk window. We allow smoking tobacco in and outside of our units. We are 420 friendly and we prefer you to smoke inside of the unit. Common courtesy is making sure you are keeping the unit clean, making sure your trash is making it to the dumpster, no soliciting of any kind, no loitering, no loud music playing driving into or out the parking lot or in your unit to where it will disturb your neighbors, no fighting, stealing, etc. Any policies or rules broken can end your lease.
