House is located about 10 minutes from Blaine, 15 minutes from Halls, 20 minutes from Fountain City, an hour to Dollywood, 34 minutes to Cherokee Lake, 21 minutes to Hickory Star Resort and Marina, and 45 minutes to Norris Dam. Water is with LBC and runs around $30 per month per current tenant. Current and prior tenants state electric runs around $150 in winter, $100 summer, and $60 to $70 spring and fall.
