Great deck, custom and nicely laid out, good large hot tub on the deck, built into it, beautiful trees, peaceful and quiet for relaxing - or great space with built in speakers for entertaining! Remodeled kitchen, nice upstairs - the house just works great. And the neighbors are some of the nicest people I've ever met - got 3 gifts on my doorstep when I moved in a few years ago.
