Neighborhood Description Quiet, pleasant neighbors, professional individuals, both young and mature. The people here care about their homes and many have made improvements which increase the value of this area. What we most enjoy is the ability to walk wherever we need to go; whether that is the post office, the library, grocery stores and convenience stores, the banks, or other small businesses nearby. Cold Spring Park, beside a homemade ice cream parlor, which includes a basketball court, tennis courts, baseball diamond, basketball court, playground area for kids and outdoor movies is a few blocks from our home. What we enjoy the most about living here is the privacy yet access to a town that is always making improvements.
