The property is located on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 9 AM. There is no smoking or drug use allowed inside the home or on the property. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options including a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of two nights or more. Noise-monitoring devices and security cameras are in place for peace of mind. Pool floats are no longer provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own if desired. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use.
