A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
