This home features a full chef's kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, air conditioning, ceiling fans, bathroom essentials, a pool table, a TV, and a variety of outdoor games. The backyard is an entertainer's dream with an outdoor movie theatre, a putting green, a bowling alley, a multi-sports court, a firepit, and a comfortable lounge area. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay. Nestled in a peaceful, private neighborhood, this home offers a quiet retreat while staying close to local attractions. Downtown Largo is just five minutes away, and Clearwater Beach and Sand Key Park are within a twenty-minute drive, giving you easy access to sun, sand, and seaside dining. The property is only 19 km from John's Pass and Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, 24 km from Chihuly Collection, 25 km from Tropicana Field and St. Pete Pier, and 7 km from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. The property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. It offers wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 4 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway and up to one car may park on the street in front of the house (space not guaranteed). We welcome furry friends with a written notification from the guest and approval by the host. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! Pool floats are no longer provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own if desired. If you would like pool heat, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in (as it requires up to 24 hours to heat). To add this amenity, you agree to pay $50 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
