Our recently renovated home has a wide-open floorplan on the first floor with great light, a chef's kitchen including a large island with seating and an additional prep sink, a dedicated wine fridge and high-end appliances. Tons of storage and a large, fenced-in back yard. Working from home? Our dedicated office space has 1 gig WiFi. Off street parking for multiple vehicles. All utilities included! We do cap electricity at $200/month. If you want to heat the pool in the spring, it may cost extra. Off-street parking is included. No smoking. Pets welcome, but we do have an additional $100 fee for each pet, per month. The large backyard is completely fenced in. Driveway plowing, pool care, and landscaping are all included. You will be responsible for cleaning costs at the end of the rental, which usually averages $250, but can be more or less depending on the condition of our home at the end of the lease. Lease is only available until 5/31/2027.
