This house is our retreat from the hustle of San Francisco. The morning sun shines through the east facing windows, and by late afternoon you can enjoy the shade and breezes on the font deck or in the backyard. Five minute walk down the the Tilden park trails, carousel or steam trains. So much to explore. The minimalist arts and crafts design adds to the serenity of this house. Hardwoods on the main level and carpet downstairs. King sized master with a firm mattress. Comfy queen in second bedroom and single mattress in the kid's room. A bamboo adjustable standing desk downstairs makes it a great house for working from home. Well appointed kitchen for cooking. Furnishings are slightly different than those pictured. Six month lease with potential to extend based on our employers' return to office policies. House is fully furnished (non-negotiable as we can't move our furniture out). Renter pays utilities. No pets. No smoking.
