Vacant lot that was purchased at a tax sale. There was a home on the lot at one time so property may perk but owner does not know details about the land. There are pretty hardwoods on the lot. As Is property no guarantee on land due to it being a tax property. My mother bought it in 2008 and it was given to me this year. No ownership claims in 10 plus years.
