To qualify for the apartment, you will need to show a month's worth of steady income and make 3 times the rent monthly. We also require that you have no evictions or rental collections, no open or dismissed bankruptcy, and no criminal background. If your application is approved, an administration fee will be due. The amount of the administration fee depends on your credit. If your credit is accepted, you will have to pay a $150 administration fee. However, if your credit declines, the administration fee will be $300. Also, we charge a $200 lease protect fee, which is a security deposit alternative from Lease Term Solution's.
