This land on 984 goose gap rd was a mobile home park for elderly and disabled people until the pandemic hit and everyone was told to leave without their mobile homes because it was winter right around Christmas and they gave 3 months and the Sevier county court backed them. I know people that lived there 30 years and had to leave in the winter in a pandemic. Some residents was 70-80 years old but it didn't matter.
