Renter's Insurance: Tenant must maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term. Right of Entry: Owner may enter the property with proper notice (typically 24 hours) for maintenance, inspections, or showings. Subletting: Subletting and short-term rentals (such as Airbnb) are not permitted without written consent. Move-Out Condition: Property must be returned in clean condition comparable to move-in, excluding normal wear and tear. Compliance: Illegal activity on the premises is grounds for lease termination.
