Full kitchen available as well as bbq grill located in backyard patio area. Home is located in a family oriented safe surburban neighborhood. Stores such as Walmart, Dollar General, Lowe's, etc are within 2 miles of the neighborhood. Nightly, weekly & monthly rates vary depending on which room is booked. A comprehensive background check & credit check is mandatory before renting a unit in this home. Owner is most open to renting units out to traveling professionals, contractors, etc. No pets or smoking allowed inside the home. Smoking is only permitted in backyard patio area outside. Shoes must be removed after entering the home & placed on the shoe rack. Tenants are allowed to have visitors but only for a maximum of 2 days per week or the visitor will be treated as an additional tenant. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am.
