    Dear Meadow Farm is a project that will be worth the time and effort for whoever is looking for that combination of the charm of an older home, enough land to farm or raise livestock while knowing that most of the area around them will remain in its natural state. Behind the property you will find acres of conserved land with trails through forests and across bogs and brooks, there is even a small waterfall. While the property feels like it is way out in the country it is less than 4 miles to the center of Newcastle.
