I reside in the garden level studio, adjacent to the garage on the ground level, two flights down from the other bedrooms. I have a separate entrance. I do not use common areas. The main level is complete with wood floors and a deck overlooking the quiet, tree-lined dead-end street. The main level also houses the kitchen, which includes stone counters, island with bar, and high-end appliances (gas range). The living room on the main level is spacious and cozy, with a gas fireplace. Portland cool, yet set apart from the hustle and bustle of the urban core. This townhouse is approximately one mile from St. John's, Cathedral Park, and the St. John's bridge. Downtown St. John's is old Oregon. It has very much a small town feel. Owner pays WiFi, basic cable, water, sewer, garbage, bi-weekly cleaning of common areas, and yard care.
