Great Deal in Ruston, located in a growing area, minutes from Tech. 10 sec. car ride from Eskamoes, Johnnys, Taco Bell, Sonic, etc. The main building has an open kitchen/dining area, a living room, an enclosed patio on the side where the washer/dryers are located, 1 "master" and 2 smaller rooms. There are 2 showers/bathrooms in the main building. The foundation is piers and needs replacement. There is also a pretty large, open temp building in the back with a bathroom/sink in it. The bathroom was fixed and there is a window AC unit. Some TLC will be needed throughout the property, but all not required. Although, it has definitely come some ways from originally being a daycare center with holes in the walls and no ceiling! The carport that is connected to the main building has 2 storage rooms and a patio that was recently added to it. Our kids stayed here during their college years and loved it! They definitely liked the location since it was close, but far enough away from the university. They've all moved out, so now we want to pass it on to someone else! Definitely a great buy for a family or college students.
