You would have access to the pool and fenced playground, plus tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. There is also a private lake for canoeing, kayaking or fishing. As well as a private recreation area with horse shoes, volleyball courts, soccer field and secondary lake access. The rent is $1,100 per month, utilities split 3 ways so they're not expensive. Your part of the security deposit would be $750. It is pet friendly, no more than 2 for the space. The pet deposit is $250 per pet. Available to see pretty much anytime.
