This house is close to everything: grocery store, convenience stores, shopping, restaurants, plus easy access to I-75 and I-575. This cozy home provides the basic necessities. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with freezer, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large sink. It's the perfect spot for you to cook at home and save money. There are a table and chairs in the eating area. There are a few stairs to get into the house, then 2 stairs to BRs 1-3, and down to the lower level to BRs 4-6. BRs 4-6 tend to be cooler since they are on the lower level. The laundry room is on the lower level. BR1 has a private bath; all other bedrooms have a shared bathroom. Bed linens, pillows, towels and kitchen items are not provided; you need to bring your own. We are looking for quiet, respectful members with no drama to make this a friendly and comfortable place to live. This room is on the lower level. You have to go down stairs to get to this bedroom. The headroom on the steps going down to your room is low. Once you get to the landing after the stairs, turn right then left #6. It has a reach-in closet and a Full XL bed. The shared bathroom is upstairs.
