Our home is considered a mid term rental meaning the minimum days allowed to rent is 30 days. The maximum number of rental days would be 180 but may be negotiable. Rent is $2350 per month due on the FIRST of EVERY month. We request that rent and utilities be via Venmo. All rent and utilities payment requests will be sent to your Venmo account allowing you to pay. WiFi and plowing/sanding is paid for by the Landlord. Lawn care will be provided by the Landlord. If pet is approved. ALL outdoor pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in pet waste bags and disposed of properly. Pets ARE NOT allowed on any furniture or beds. Tenant must agree to keep up with consistent cleaning up after pet inside the home as well as consistent cleaning inside the home. Tenant will agree to keep the property neat and clean and free of any damage, which includes, bedding/linens, blinds, appliances, and all furnishings. Landlord must be notified ASAP of any damage. Tenant must agree to pay for any and all repairs and or replacements. Reasonable normal wear and tear is expected. Tenant will be given a 24-48 hour notice for the Landlord to enter the property for repairs. Tenant is responsible for all trash removal. A Conway dump pass will be provided. $50 fee if dump pass is misplaced. Heat and electric is not included. There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking of any nicotine or marijuana on the premises (inside or outside, no exceptions. Tenant will agree to pay a $150.00 pet fee (non refundable). There is a $1000 deposit fee as well as a $125 cleaning fee.
