ALL outdoor pet waste must be picked up immediately (even during Winter) and disposed of in pet waste bags and disposed of properly. Pets ARE NOT allowed on any furniture or beds. Tenant must agree to keep up with consistent cleaning up after their pet inside and outside the home.. Tenant will agree to consistently keep the property neat and clean and free of any damage, which includes, all furnishings, bedding/linens, blinds, inside and outside of all appliances. Landlord must be notified ASAP of any damage. Tenant must agree to pay for any and all repairs and or replacements of furnishings. Reasonable and normal wear and tear is expected.
