No Pets A $500-$1000 charge (per item) will be applied for any items removed from the property Please be sure to unplug / turn off all appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Please ensure to turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
