Prefer young professional in 20s, great first/second place moving out from folks situation. Independent n separate but home setting. This room has a pretty separate feeling, house is split level so when you walk in front door you can go straight down your stairs that no one else uses. I tend to get my longest lasting roommates with this room bc it has more in an apartment feel. (7 years & 3.5 years) Mellow, friendly, independent environment.
