The room is cozy and can fit a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, and desk, small fridge and TV . the house has central AC and heat. kitchen has new appliances alongside with washing machine and dryer. living room, backyard are shared spaces and bedrooms are private, no one is allowed in other tenant"s or landlord's room. I require first and last month's rent upon move in. so the first month is paid as well as the last month, so when you decide to move out, you won't have to pay for your last month rent. There are no refunds if you decide to move out early. Must be able to pay the rent of $1,200 each month on the 1st of the month, no exceptions. Utilities will be split three ways, usually anywhere from $50-100 a month per person. Fluctuates during winter and summer. ideally would like to rent to someone who commutes to work or school, no remote jobs.
