Our oasis is tucked away on a beautiful residential street yet 7 minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 10 minutes from the coast, 30 minutes from Baltimore and 35 minutes from DC. Short-term (1 week - 2 month) rental with the potential to extend, although summer prices go up due to the cost of pool and garden maintenance. The space: Two bedrooms with private bathroom, living room, dining area, office area with optional standing desk, kitchen and laundry room. Three beds total (one queen in the main bedroom and two single as part of a trundle bed mattress in the second bedroom). Home comes complete with wifi, smart locks and smart lighting, security surveillance, automatic irrigation and a whole-house humidifier and water treatment system. Pets welcome with an additional $100 fee for wear and tear. Completely separate upper level with private entrances for each unit. The 'hood: Our home is on a safe quiet street lined with beautiful trees. Our extended neighborhood has coffeeshops, a movie theater, a True Food Kitchen, Trader Joes and Whole Foods all within a ten minute drive. Other things to note: We've installed a whole-house water filtration system, two HVAC humidifier systems and two reverse osmosis water filters for the purest water available (98/99 tap score! vs. ~75 for city water). This listing is for the home's ground-level downstairs unit. Two upstairs tenants live on the top two floors. Both units have private entry and are completely separate (no shared indoor spaces; all photos here are of this unit or the shared outdoor space). Gardeners and those with a knack for keeping indoor plants thriving will be prioritized! The lease requires that plants killed by tenants be replaced, so beware brown thumbs. The ideal renters care about our home and garden, love plants and identify as environmentalists (or at least folks who can handle composting). Tenants are expected to maintain the upkeep of the house. Sometimes this means being present to welcome cleaners and repair people to keep everything running, but could extend to gardening/leaf blowing in exchange for a discount on the rent.
