It is an in-fill dwelling, thoughtfully sited in County of Humboldt setbacks, in a small valley, a couple miles from town above Humboldt Bay (Wigi). Built-in maple cabinetry in both the bedroom and kitchen. Custom tiling. Extra-wide sills. Clean lines. Newly painted throughout. This new build was completed in 2024. Since it's a total electric house, there's no gas infrastructure on the property; there's no gas bill or off-gassing hazard. Renter is welcome to secure off-site storage at a storage unit. Renter is responsible for repairs to the property from use beyond normal wear and tear of daily living. No smoking inside premises. (This is a new, odor-free house.) Outdoor fires are not recommended due to the adjacent forest, wildlife, and fence. Two car maximum and no RVs on the property due to limited space and a shared driveway easement (in front of the Forest View House) to the property behind/over the small bridge that leads to the neighbor's parcel in the back of the small valley.
