Washer and dryer available for use. Readily available parking immediately across from garage; short distance to carry in luggage. Garage parking available during certain seasons. This unit has a reserved spot right outside the garage which most units do not have. This will reduce the walk to the car for one vehicle. Unit connects directly to the garage for easy access. Many units do not have direct garage access. Parking in the garage is an option for smaller vehicles. Beyond the dedicated spot, parking for additional vehicles may be difficult on busy summer weekends. Overflow lots are available. Please follow all posted signs regarding parking. 2026 Update: The unit's grill had to be removed due to a guest's failure to abide by the fire code restrictions.
